Trailhead is the first release by Lines and Patterns. Featuring modular synthesizers, electric guitar, field recordings, and other sound-producing devices, the 5 tracks of trailhead slowly meander from ambient to musique concrete and back again, with some melody here and there for good measure. Each track is named after a hiking trail in the Catskills region of New York State where Lines and Patterns is based.
